I’m afraid this update won’t bring the news a lot of people were waiting for. Yesterday Kaley’s agent informed us ABC made a change to the taping schedule of 8 Simple Rules. Instead of mid-April the tapings now wrap on February 25. This severely threatened our "Let’s go to California" campaign, because our staff wanted to attend a taping in early April. As of now we had no other choice than to postpone the trip, we just didn’t have enough time left to arrange accomodation and there also were some minor financial issues we needed to address before we could actually go. It also jeopardized the Kaley meeting, there wasn’t enough time left for Holly to arrange a meeting. We don’t like it too much, in fact we were really looking forward to the trip, but we’re forced to wait for another year. It’s a bummer really, but it’s just the way it is. Let’s hope next year our trip will go on as planned, we surely have more time to prepare for it, so that’s a good thing. All we can do now is wait and see, and that’s exactly what our staff is going to do…
